Villa Escondida - Zipolite

It was just a suitable option for a speedy visit in Zipolite with very good value for money. The front desk staff were lovely and efficient, made checking in easier. Be cautious with payments as management can be very demanding.

I really enjoyed peaceful and exceptionally nice location of this hotel.

That was comfortable hotel set in quiet area, very close to restaurants, and a lush garden. The room was perfect little, and huge, with a safe box, a fridge and coffee/tea making equipment. The bed and pillows were nice and the bathroom was large.

Suite was spotless and the food was good.

The room was clean and had a nice view of the ocean. We enjoyed the hammocks and the overall cozy vibe. The bed was a bit uncomfortable, though, tough to sleep at times. It got pretty noisy with dogs barking and roosters crowing. But the charm of the place kind of made up for it.

The room was charming little, the staff were very helpful and efficient. Nice beds in the rooms. Location very close to all the night bars, the beach and the bay.

what a very relaxing stay, no reason to complain. very comfy bed in the bungalow, plus luggage storage and a safe box. good and beautiful location up in the mountains, and 15 min walking distance to playa del amor. based very close to the zipolite beach, playa zipolite, san augustinillo, and mazunte and beautiful nature.

The tropical garden provides great privacy and security.

The water pressure in the shower was very low.

I loved the lush tropical garden surrounding Villa Escondida. The bungalows were clean and charming, and the staff were attentive.

More accessible paths for seniors would help.

The location was peaceful for me, down to the beach. And its not too far away from Le Castelet, ate there once or twice.

Loved the cozy garden vibe with friendly animals! The two-bedroom suite was comfy, and let's not forget those hammocks-perfect for a lazy afternoon nap!

The path back at night reminded me of a scene from a horror movie. Bring a flashlight unless you want to make new friends with the bushes!

The rooms were spacious and clean, perfect for our family getaway. The beautiful terrace with hammocks and a lovely ocean view was a highlight, great to relax while watching the waves. It was just a five-minute walk to the beach!

My kids wished there were more activities for them to enjoy. A few additional family-friendly amenities would enhance the experience.

super cozy and fun

Bungalow was big and clean with a cozy seating area and a kitchenette. Loved the hammock on the terrace with ocean views. The pool was perfect for cooling off. Staff were friendly and super helpful. Super close to the beach, like 5 min walk! The garden is lush and feels private.

The only downside was the initial scare walking back at night since it goes through a dark street surrounded by plants.

Perfect spot for a laid-back getaway

Nice bungalows just a short stroll to the beach. Our place was spacious, and that little plunge pool right outside was a lifesaver in the heat! The staff are super nice but don't expect much English. There's a common kitchen, perfect for quick snacks. Just keep in mind, you can hear the local wildlife a lot!

This place suits me perfectly! It has great Wi-Fi, a wonderful restaurant, and a relaxing outdoor dining area. On my first stay, the staff helped with my late check-in, which I appreciated.
